In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 from June 30, 2006 (Privacy Code) we inform the client of the following:
The client’s personal data will be used for tax and legal purposes, accounting and the processing and management of contracts and clients (including, but not limited to; product sales and supply, accessories, services, replacement, repair, management and administration of client’s orders, shipments, invoices, credit control and management of disputes) as well as purposes related to trade (mail order sales, marketing and advertising, market analysis, research, promotional activities, customer satisfaction survey, contests, events, competitions and statistical analysis)
The data will be processed through a central archive created for these purposes generating hard copy (paper) and computer data accessible to authorised personnel.
Personal data is mandatory in order to compile legal contracts in accordance with the law and establishments.
Additionally, optional personal data maybe requested to provide better client services, however, such information maybe provided at the discretion of the client.
Personal data concerning the client maybe provided to parent companies, subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Davide Trentacoste, a single shareholder.
The personal data provided is for the same purposes stated above or to outside specialized services in:
– management software, hardware, telecommunication and information systems
– the processing and storage of data, printing, transmissions, packaging, transport and delivery of communications to clients; financial services, debt collectors and financial risks.
Clients are free to exercise their rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code.
